Allen Ellison for Congress Campaign Committee hires Daniel Sohn as Campaign Manager

Allen Ellison for Congress Campaign Committee announced today its hire of Daniel Sohn as the campaign’s new Campaign Manager.

“I have known Daniel for several years and I have found him to be knowledgeable of the district and Florida’s Political Process. Despite his professional success, I am thrilled to have him lead my team because of his enthusiasm for making a difference in the lives of the people of Florida. Daniel knows what it takes to win in November and I could not have picked a better person for the job.” stated Ellison.

Daniel Sohn previously served as the District Aide to Patricia “Pat” Edmonson, Former Palm Beach Soil & Water Conservation Supervisor. In 2017 Daniel was appointed by Former Florida Democratic Party Chair, Stephen Bittel, to the FDP Resolutions Committee which recommended key Issue areas for Florida Democrats going forward.  Daniel most recently served as the Field Director to the April Freeman Campaign and now joins Team Ellison to continue leading efforts towards a victory in Congressional District 17.  Daniel Sohn made history in March by becoming the first LGBTQ Councilman elected in the Town of Haverhill, simultaneously making him the Youngest Elected Public Official in Palm Beach County. Through his elected service, Daniel was appointed to the Land Use & Economic Development Policy Committee by FL League of Cities President, Mayor Leo Longworth from the City of Bartow, which is located in Congressional District 17.
