Charlotte County Commissioner candidate Joan Fischer is launching a social media campaign that includes video of her backstory and her motivation. Joan recorded the video on the banks of the Peace River.
In it, she says, “We must work together – use our voice, our actions and our advocacy to elect people who will protect our health. Together we must save our waterways, oceans, and nature. This is our responsibility. I am ready! Are you?”
