Our Florida Democratic Party (FDP) is hosting its first ever Leadership Blue Virtual Convention! The weekend will be filled with free training sessions, updates on the good work being done across the state, round tables with our elected leaders and activists, and much more! Whether you are a seasoned DEC leader, a returning campaign pro, or a brand new volunteer—FDP has got a program for you!

Leadership Blue will kick off on Friday afternoon with training sessions to highlight field operations, digital organizing, and an introduction to the legislative process.
We’ll dive back in Saturday morning at 10 AM to train on organizing in the age of a global pandemic and the importance of vote-by-mail, and hear panel discussions and round tables from special guests and community leaders. Saturday evening will close with our traditional gala, featuring an exceptional lineup of speakers. The cost to attend the gala varies from $29 to $50. RSVP now to attend the gala.
Sunday afternoon we’re discussing down ballot elections, cyber security, volunteer recruitment, and much more! This is a “must attend” event for all serious Charlotte Country Democrat members in this critical election year.
