End of Early Voting Statistics Statewide – UPDATE with statement from Terrie Rizzo

With Early Voting now over, here are the statewide numbers. Democrats hold a slight lead in early voting and trailed in Vote by Mail. Vote by Mail ballots can still be returned although time is very short.

As of Monday morning, the totals of both Early Votes and Vote-by-Mail ballots are 2,043,167 Republican, 2,067,856 Democratic.

That’s a difference of only 24,689 statewide!

Of course, the tally will only be complete after Election Day, tomorrow, Nov. 6.

In Charlotte County, the totals as of Monday morning are 32,321 Republican, 18,297 Democratic, 11,881 No Party Affiliation, 488 Other.
